16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and spin ph arising from or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
16.3 Complaints. Formal complaints regarding spin ph products or services should be submitted in writing to the spin ph support team. spin ph aims to acknowledge all written complaints within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.
16.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
